Looter's Literary Review is a quest found in Spiritfarer.

It recurs once every 2 in-game days, up to a total of 6 times.

Each part of the quest begins with a letter delivered to your mailbox. Each letter contains a message with a map that you can view in the Archive Room. The bounty spawns after viewing the map in Archive Room B-2522.

Objectives[]

Find the Crow's End Inc. lost bounty.

Strategy and hints[]

Carefully read both the letter and the map. The riddle hints at a general region, and the map provides precise positioning. The map scale and fidelity to the world map varies between letters. Fortunately, north is always at the top. It is not necessary to arrive at the exact spot, but close enough will trigger the treasure to appear. Below are letter-specific hints.

Potential spoilers ahead!

First letter[]

… salt can be a treacherous foe when you are made of ice.

The word 'ice' implies a cold region. Look north. The map shows that the bounty is south-west of an island in a 'darker' sea region.

Second letter[]

… a ship is never late, it is always on time.

This isle can be visited 'late' in the game. So late that you must finish one of Francis's late-game errands before it'll appear. The map shows the bounty west of a solitary island and north of a 'blue' sea region.

Third letter[]

… a good place to start is at the beginning.

Where did the game begin after Charon went through the Everdoor? The map shows the bounty north-east of one island and south-west of another island with a darker sea region to the west.

Fourth letter[]

… a tuna is not just a fish, it's a state of mind. That's where the word "Attune" comes from.

Notwithstanding the factual inaccuracy of the etymology of attune, the letter references one of the seven Tuna Spots throughout the world. The map shows that this Tuna Spot, and therefore bounty, is near two islands separated by a blue patch of sea.

Fifth letter[]

… the rain is only the fastest way water can travel.

The clue references a rain. To narrow down the correct rainy region, the map shows the relative shape and location to an island.

Sixth letter[]

… bright lights might not always be bright spots.

Consider isles that have the brightest lights visible from sea, or an earlier quest you did for Buck with your Light Burst. The map shows that the bounty is south-west and south-east of different islands in a blue patch of sea separating them.
